Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in North Carolina to lead a team of hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will mentor, motivate, and develop your team to meet goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Expect to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You will oversee operational flow, ensure timely deliveries, and drive improvements across safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required or in progress.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/related program is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Amazon Associates in a warehouse setting.
• Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct reports.
• Ensure safety, quality, attendance and performance standards are met.
• Oversee shift operations including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and remove roadblocks to keep operations running smoothly.
