Job summary

You will also coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to implement plans aligned with business objectives, while working in a dynamic environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Flex schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Valid USA state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
