Job summary

Fisk Alloy, Inc. in Hawthorne, NJ is seeking an Operations Lead to coordinate daily order fulfillment, including picking, packing, staging, shipping and carrier loading. You will guide a small team, ensure accuracy, safety and adherence to procedures, and use ERP and barcode tech to drive performance.

You will supervise a team of 3–4, set daily priorities, monitor workflow, and provide training and backup coverage as needed to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of manufacturing, distribution warehouse, shipping, receiving, warehousing, or order fulfillment experience required.
• Forklift certification required, or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
• Experience coordinating workflow or leading a small team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily order fulfillment activities for a team of 3–4 employees.
• Oversee picking, packing, staging, shipping, and carrier loading.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, packaging, and shipping documents.
• Provide day-to-day direction and training; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Back up for department supervisor as needed.
