Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-station fulfillment department, overseeing inventory, replenishment, and timely order completion. The role ensures safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise associates, drive lean initiatives, and coordinate shift activities while maintaining adherence to all regulatory requirements. Collaboration across departments is essential to maximize productivity and meet production

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of managerial experience leading teams.
Experience preferred in Warehousing, 3PL, Distribution or Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
Ability to manage and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day activities per SOPs with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Develop CIA direct reports.
Maintain safe, clean work environment and regulatory compliance (Safety, OSHA, HazMat, DOT).
Plan and coordinate shift activities to ensure adherence to DC procedures.
Train and evaluate shift personnel; drive training, skill development and assessments.
Lead fulfillment projects and monitor production metrics.
