Job summary

Accelera in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. You will lead a small team on the warehouse floor and ensure operational excellence across material handling and documentation.

You will direct activities, mentor staff, coordinate carriers, and manage cycles counts to maintain inventory integrity while safely operating forklifts and related equipment during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles.
• Proficient in forklift and clamp truck operation.
• Strong technical aptitude with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent cross-department communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities and prioritize shipping/receiving to meet deadlines.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a dedicated team.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, carrier coordination, and freight documentation.
• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse organization and safety compliance.
• Support warehouse floor during peak periods.
