Priority Dispatch Corp., located in Mahwah, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead all team members and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will plan production and employee schedules, assess resources and budgets with clients and other managers, and ensure health, safety, and quality standards across the warehouse. Strong math, communication, and Excel skills are essential, and 10+ hour workdays are common.

Qualifications

• Must have strong math skills and effective people and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or some college encouraged.
• Willingness to work 10+ hours per day and maintain accuracy in a busy warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OneNote.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize production and employee schedules based on business needs.
• Assess project and resource requirements.
• Estimate and provide input on project budgets and timelines with clients and other managers.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met for the warehouse.
• Oversee production processes and quality control standards.
• Collaborate with client services to meet client needs and expectations.
• Organize training sessions for staff based on identified areas of improvement.
