Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and project implementations.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull carts up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workflow; train associates; assign and direct work.
