Job summary

Radial Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Fulfillment Team Lead role within our e-commerce operations in Rialto, CA. You will supervise workflow, train associates, and partner with the Supervisor to achieve daily and quarterly goals.

You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency, coordinate with other departments, and drive process improvements while maintaining attendance and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
• Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 lbs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication

Responsibilities

• Plan/organize work; training associates; directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems.
• Train associates on processes
• Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure the safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor associate production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• May be required to complete other duties as assigned.
