Qualifications

• 1–2 years in distribution or fulfillment operations.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptable.
• Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist the Supervisor in attaining department goals and organizing workflow.
• Train associates on processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist the Supervisor and other groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor production standards and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions of a fulfillment associate as needed.
• Adhere to attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety and security standards.
