Job summary

Radial Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an on-site operations team responsible for inbound, pick/pack, outbound shipments, and inventory control. The role focuses on continuous improvement, safety, quality, and client SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in LEAN/Six Sigma, at least 2 years in a managerial Ops role, and excellent coaching and communication skills to develop staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or HS degree/GED required.
• Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement ideologies; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a manager role.
• Experience in creating productivity improvement through continuous improvement efforts.
• Execution focused; ability to learn ALL operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, pick/pack, and outbound operations to meet SLA and quality targets.
• Develop and execute daily operation strategy for safe, productive campus.
• Lead performance management and development of direct reports.
• Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Interact with clients on operational topics and manage lean process improvements.
