Job summary

DraftKings Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to support the Jackpocket lottery product at our fast-paced fulfillment center. You’ll ensure accuracy from order to redemption and keep systems running smoothly to positively impact the team and customers.

Flexibility to work weekends/holidays, comfort with technology (Excel preferred), and a self-starting attitude with strong attention to detail and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with a knack for technology.
• Self-starter mentality with sharp attention to detail and strong prioritization.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center with end-to-end accuracy.
• Keep systems updated with real-time order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline workflows to meet daily objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain printing and scanning equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Support various operational projects as they arise and contribute to team success.
