Job summary

DraftKings is hiring an Operations Associate at our local fulfillment center to drive the Jackpocket lottery order experience from start to finish. You will ensure accuracy, update systems in real time, and keep printing/scanning equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires flexibility for a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays, with strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments with software familiarity, including Excel.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays with reliable attendance.
• Self-starter mindset with strong task prioritization and independence.
• Exceptional customer service, communication and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at the local fulfillment center.
• Keep systems updated with real-time order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline workflows to meet daily objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain printing and scanning equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Support various operational projects to contribute to team success.
