Job summary

Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to balance hands-on production with warehouse leadership. This role spends significant time performing Fulfillment Clerk duties while guiding others, coordinating workflow, and upholding safety and quality.

You will lead by example, coach team members, train new hires, and help maintain daily production goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working lead by performing Fulfillment Clerk duties while maintaining leadership responsibilities.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality expectations.
• Lead by example through consistent performance and professionalism.
• Help maintain efficient workflow throughout assigned areas.
• Monitor workflow with emphasis on the Production team.
• Communicate staffing needs to Supervisors.
• Assist in balancing labor resources as priorities change.
• Coach employees on productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
