Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to balance hands-on production with leadership on the warehouse floor. The role requires coaching teammates, promoting safety, maintaining productivity, and supporting Supervisors with workflow and training.

Pay: $20.00 an hour. The Fulfillment Lead is a working leader responsible for balancing hands-on production with leadership on the warehouse floor. This position spends a significant portion of each shift performing Fulfillment Clerk responsibilities while also supporting Supervisors by coordinating workflow, coaching employees, promoting safety, and maintaining productivity throughout the operation.
Fulfillment Leads are expected to lead through action and not title. They set the pace through their own work ethic, professionalism, communication, and commitment to Capitol's Core Values. They recognize operational challenges, help balance labor across the warehouse with an emphasis on the Production team, and ensure employees have the support they need to be successful.
This position is an important step in Capitol's leadership pipeline and is intended to prepare high-performing employees for future supervisory opportunities.

Working Conditions: Fulfillment Leads may work in Ambient, Refrigerated, or Freezer environments based on operational needs. This role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, and moving product weighing up to 50 pounds throughout shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, warehouse noise, dust, and cleaning chemicals. Appropriate PPE and cold-weather gear will be provided as required.
