Capitol Distributing, Idaho's largest wholesale distributor, seeks a Warehouse Lead in Caldwell to oversee replenishment, receiving, and order-picking activities. You will coordinate a team, ensure safety compliance, and optimize daily warehouse operations on a full-time schedule, including a weekend day.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and operating standard warehouse equipment. The company offers substantial benefits and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Solid understanding of warehouse distribution procedures.
• Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong multitasking, planning and forecasting abilities.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail; good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products.
• Supervise and organize Warehouse Clerks on assigned areas.
• Unload trailers, receive products with RF scanner, and assist receiving.
• Support training of new employees and coordinate pick slots.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
