Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse distribution.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse fulfillment and distribution operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach employees while maintaining operational performance.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment or obtain certification.
• Good attendance and reliability; flexible shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working lead while performing Fulfillment Clerk duties.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations.
• Lead by example with consistent performance and professionalism.
• Balance labor resources as priorities shift.
• Monitor workflow with emphasis on Production team.
• Coach employees on productivity, safety, and quality.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Promote teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain safe, clean, inspection-ready work areas.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
