Capitol Distributing in Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Warehouse Lead for full-time work, including at least one weekend day. The role oversees a portion of the warehouse, coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package described below. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and forecast production needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of warehouse distribution procedures and processes.
• Ability to multitask, plan, and forecast production requirements.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, accurate, and efficient replenishment of products.
• Follow safety and security guidelines; report incidents to the manager.
• Train new employees as needed.
• Organize Warehouse Clerks for efficient product supply.
• Replenish pick slots using forecasted and order-based reports.
• Unload trailers returning from deliveries.
• Operate specified warehouse equipment.
• Assist receiving by breaking down pallets of incoming products.
• Receive products with RF scanners following procedures.
• Ensure pick areas are prepared for order selection teams.
• Assist order selection team when required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
