Job summary

Capitol Distributing is seeking a Fulfillment Loading Clerk in Caldwell, Idaho to ensure timely and accurate loading of product into delivery trucks. The role involves loading, scanning, quality checks, and maintaining a clean loading area throughout long shifts.

Shifts are full-time, swing (4 days/week, 10–12 hours), with one weekend day required. Paid time off, holidays, and robust benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or large facility preferred.
• Able to lift 70+ pounds.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Overtime availability based on business needs and operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Load bananas in outbound trucks.
• Load outbound trucks/routes in order of delivery schedule.
• Free stack most products into trailers.
• Operate loading equipment as needed.
• Operate motorized equipment as needed (i.e. Forklift, Pallet Jack, Rider, Sky Jack, etc.).
• Use scanner to track product as it is loaded.
• Physically inspect products for quality before loading onto trucks.
• Keep trucks and loading area clean/ organized.
• Other warehouse duties assigned.
