Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for OMNI Operations to drive in-store order fulfillment and profitability across channels. You will supervise staff, model excellent guest service, and ensure coverage across the store to meet customer demand.

The role focuses on leading fulfillment across pickup, shipping, delivery, and installation while maintaining safety standards and a positive, fair workplace culture in alignment with our People-First philosophy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• 2–3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.
• Omni channel fulfillment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels and services (order pickup, shipping, delivery, installation).
• Maintain stock room organization and efficient replenishment for Omni fulfillment.
• Perform regular audits and shrink controls (ups, DIAR, markdowns).
• Ensure safety practices and ladder safety training for associates.
• Foster a fair, People-First environment for all staff.
