Job summary

Lime is seeking a Fulfillment Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fulfillment center, guiding a team of hourly associates to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Senior Fulfillment Lead and cross-functional partners to drive efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You’ll train new staff, analyze inventory trends, and help refine procedures that improve stock levels and workflow.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in inventory management, fulfillment, or warehouse roles with leadership experience.
Proficiency with inventory management systems and fulfillment software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for long periods.
Analytical mindset with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

Guide hourly fulfillment center associates to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
Collaborate on inventory analysis to optimize stock levels and replenishment.
Address escalated issues to mitigate disruptions and improve efficiency.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures with the Senior Fulfillment Lead.
Partner with logistics and inventory teams to implement improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous process improvements to streamline workflows and safety initiatives.
