Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory/fulfillment roles with leadership experience
• Proficient in inventory management systems and fulfillment software
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Analytical mindset with ability to build data-driven narratives
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Guide hourly fulfillment center associates to meet daily production targets and maintain quality
• Train and onboard new team members with ongoing coaching
• Collaborate on inventory analysis to optimize stock and replenishment
• Address escalated issues to mitigate disruptions
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures with leadership
• Coordinate with Logistics and Inventory Control to improve efficiency
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Lead safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace
