Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join the NY-based operations team. You will perform picking, packing, receiving product, and support drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining clean facilities, adhering to FIFO, and handling equipment safely. The role requires standing/walking, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred (not required).
• Ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite).
• Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Clean and organize sales floor and facility.
• Follow FIFO to manage waste and spoilage; contact customers for substitutions or OOS items.
• Operate with carts, pallet jacks, dollies and other equipment.
