Job summary

Belk in Kerrville, TX is seeking a Support Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver a top-notch customer experience. The role handles inbound truck deliveries, merchandising support, and back-of-house organization to ensure new merchandise is ready for the floor.

Responsibilities include unloading, tagging, inventory tasks, floor-set support, and ongoing customer assistance. This is an hourly, part-time role requiring flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must regularly move around store areas and be accessible to customers.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department for product readiness.
• Process, tag, transfer and RFID tasks to support inventory accuracy.
• Assist with facilities tasks including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Support floor sets, promotions, pricing changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain daily operational standards and organize store supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and help during peak traffic times.
• Follow asset protection, safety guidelines, and security procedures.
