Job summary

Unsubscribed is seeking a DC Supervisor to lead a team of hourly associates in a high‑volume, technology‑enabled distribution center. You will drive operational performance, ensure safety and accuracy, and support multiple fulfillment channels.

You will recruit and train staff, coach performance, balance staffing across shifts, and collaborate with IT, Maintenance, and Safety to meet service levels. The role requires strong communication and leadership in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in distribution, warehouse, retail, or related high‑volume environment; omni‑channel or e‑commerce experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, AI‑enabled tools, and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates; ensure operational coverage and performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged work environment.
• Provide timely coaching, feedback, and performance management; address gaps with clarity.
• Coordinate with HR/support teams for associate concerns and escalations.
• Communicate daily production goals, quality expectations, and updates to associates.
• Support annual performance reviews, merit processes, and promotions.
