Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Supervisor, DC to provide leadership and direction for daily distribution center operations. You will oversee team performance, coordinate workflow, and support development to meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring productivity and quality, and implementing process improvements while training and onboarding new employees in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to assigned employees.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure department objectives are met.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to support performance and growth.
• Coordinate employee schedules, attendance, and time-off requests to maintain coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
