Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor or mid-level leader experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WMS/TMS systems; proficiency in data analytics.
• MHE certification required.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor department to drive safety, productivity, and quality.
• Establish daily performance goals and monitor KPI adherence.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe working environment.
• Maintain inventory integrity and minimize damages and errors.
