Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the fulfillment center’s shift-level shipping, receiving, and order processing. You will manage a team of up to 200, drive process improvements, and ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment for fans worldwide.

You will partner with operations and HR to align staffing with forecasted volumes, implement Lean/Six Sigma practices where applicable, and maintain high standards for productivity in a fast-paced, on-site Waxahachie, TX

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience (5+ years in a leadership role).
• Experience supervising up to 200 fulfillment center employees.
• Experience analyzing large amounts of operational data to improve productivity, quality, and reliability.
• Experience using warehouse management or other warehouse-based software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-level shipping, receiving, and order processing operations for up to 200 employees.
• Lead frontline talent and Team Leads; drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time fulfillment to meet customer needs.
• Develop and communicate policies, staffing plans, and performance expectations.
