Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive operational and managerial experience in fulfillment/logistics.
• 4+ years motivating, training, and leading teams to high performance.
• 1+ year site-leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Communicate key issues to regional leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule and manage labor models to match forecasted requirements.
• Ensure team members are trained in the warehouse management system and meet UPH targets.
• Develop weekly plans incorporating UPH analysis and capacity requirements.
• Engage with the hourly workforce and address their concerns.
• Support growth objectives by communicating capacity constraints or improvements.
• Build an effective team, retain key members, eliminate safety obstacles, and foster pride.
• Mentor and develop the team for performance, career development, and job satisfaction.
