Cart.com is seeking a Site Leader in the Temecula, CA area for its growing fulfillment organization. You will oversee supervisors and hourly team members, collaborating with company leadership across a fulfillment network to drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, staffing optimization, and team development to meet capacity and throughput targets within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive operational and managerial experience in a fulfillment center or similar logistics distribution environment.
• 4+ years of successful experience motivating, training, and leading your team into performing at extraordinary levels.
• 1+ year of Site leader experience with full P&L responsibility of your own site.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer, as well as business-to-business pick and pack environment.
• Must be able to utilize data to support decisions and drive success in your responsible areas.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Communicate key issues to regional leadership and other fulfillment centers to ensure best practices.
• Schedule and manage labor models aligned with forecasted requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure all team members are trained on warehouse management system and SOPs and meet UPH targets.
• Develop weekly plans incorporating UPH analysis and capacity requirements.
• Engage with hourly workforce and address concerns promptly.
• Communicate capacity constraints or improvements to support growth and throughput.
• Mentor and develop your team for performance, career growth, and job satisfaction.
