• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Experience with full staffing lifecycle (interviews, hiring, performance, promotions, termination).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement and process optimization initiatives using Lean methods.
• Oversee performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety and customer experience.
• Set expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure resources for projects.
