SupportFinity™ is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in North Randall, Ohio. This role involves overseeing budgetary, people development, and operational objectives within the Fulfillment Center, while leading and mentoring a team of Operations and Area Managers.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, with strong proficiency in performance metrics and Lean methodologies. This position requires flexibility in hours and is integral to the operational success of the facility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Work flexible hours including overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Responsible for overall Inbound or Outbound operation performance.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers.
