Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Leader to drive budgetary, people development and operations objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff to meet performance goals and foster a strong leadership bench across the FC.

You will manage safety, quality and customer experience, set expectations, track performance, and work with cross-functional partners to secure resources for initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
Experience with full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

Responsibilities

Drive quality initiatives, process changes and Lean projects to meet business plans.
Oversee safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound/Outbound operations.
Set clear expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
Leverage Managers to generate improvement ideas and implement action plans.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT to secure support for projects.
