Job summary

Amazon seeks a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee the Saint Peters Fulfillment Center, driving Lean initiatives and leading Operations and Area Managers to ensure safety, quality, and customer experience. You will implement process improvements, set clear expectations, and share best practices across shifts within the network.

The role requires 7+ years of manufacturing/distribution management, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality and process optimization initiatives (Lean) to improve efficiency.
• Oversees overall performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
