Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Site Leader to oversee the Fulfillment Center operations, manage a large team, and drive safety, quality and productivity while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead 1,000+ salaried and hourly staff, develop leaders, coordinate with HR, Finance, Safety, and IT, and execute strategic plans for 3, 6, and 12 months ahead in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required in a related field.
• Proven experience in global supply chain or operations management.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for the center's functional area.
• Leads labor planning, scheduling, and peak-season planning across functions.
• Drives continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and cost savings.
• Mentors leaders and participates in recruiting and building bench strength.
• Coordinates with HR, Finance, Safety, IT and other leaders for resources.
