• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required.
• 7+ years of Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production/Procurement, Distribution, Logistics or related environment/operations experience.
• Experience leading an operation with 100+ salaried and hourly staff and developing leadership across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for the functional area, including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning, and operational goals for outbound or inbound operations.
• Provides strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months), including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning.
• Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet business objectives; leverages managers to source ideas and address challenges.
• Networks with leaders across the network to share process improvements and drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Establishes objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Sets clear goals and expectations for Operations and Area Managers, measures performance, and provides feedback.
