Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Experience leading large salaried/hourly/workforce teams and coordinating cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers the operational budget for the functional area, including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning.
• Leads strategic long-term planning (3, 6, 12 months) for labor, capacity, and peak-season needs.
• Drives process improvements to optimize operations and cost efficiency across the center.
• Networks with leaders to share best practices and drive efficiencies and savings.
• Sets objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
