Flexport seeks an Area Manager for one of our largest fulfillment partners in New Jersey to lead a team of 30-100 on the operating floor. You will drive safety, policy communication, and performance reporting while partnering with Growth and Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to SLA, manage inventory accuracy, and mentor your team to achieve high standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing staff of 5 or more.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
