Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service / Fulfillment associate in Butler, United States to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately while keeping work areas organized and safe.

You will operate powered equipment, maintain SIMS compliance, and collaborate with leadership to ensure inventory accuracy and exceptional service. Prior experience in retail or home improvement helps, and a safety-minded, team-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data input and retrieval.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck (required if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders on time while keeping areas clean and safe.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Be customer-first with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties as needed.
