Job summary

Lowe's Stores is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately, keeping staging areas clean and organized. You will deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.

The role involves operating powered equipment with proper certification and maintaining safety practices, while supporting inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Powered Equipment Certification required (Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) (must be obtained if not already certified).
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not currently certified.
• 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment role in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting high quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
