Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items, validating orders, and connecting customers with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance; partner with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and locker management; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork; may be assigned other duties.
