Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience and ability to input, access, modify or output information.
• 6 months of using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, maintaining clean and safe staging areas.
• Deliver excellent service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, maintain SIMS compliance, and resolve short picks with leadership.
• Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits and order follow-ups, reporting safety concerns.
