Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a customer-focused fulfillment associate to pick, stage, and fulfill orders in a fast-paced store environment in the United States. You will assist customers, verify orders, and connect shoppers with the right associates as needed.

Responsibilities include operating powered equipment following safety protocols, maintaining inventory accuracy via the Orders App, and collaborating with leadership to resolve shortages and audits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience (inputting, accessing, modifying data).
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by helping customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS, and coordinate with leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete audits, order follow-ups, locker management, and report safety or theft concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
