Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in the United States is seeking a motivated associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

You will deliver excellent service, validating orders, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right associates when needed. Responsibilities include operating powered equipment, maintaining SIMS compliance, and partnering with leadership to resolve short picks while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by assisting customers and connecting them with the right associates when needed.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and SIMS compliance.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks; report safety or theft concerns promptly.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork.
• May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business.
