Cogency Global, a leader in corporate compliance, is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to partner with colleagues in other offices to obtain and file legal documents in the State of Delaware. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, and meeting team and company goals.

The role is an in-office, Monday to Friday position with a salary range of $42K-$44K.

Qualifications

• Must be deadline-driven with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit corporate filings per governing laws.
• Liaise with branch offices, clients, and state secretaries.
• Process document requests including certified copies.
• Provide guidance on fees and forms to colleagues.
• Maintain productivity, quality, turnaround, and error-rate expectations.
