Myticas Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our onsite team in Minnesota. You will support order fulfillment, client inquiries, and documentation across financial and legal workflows.

You will collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues quickly, maintain accurate records, and help drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or higher is required or preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
  • Handle searches, document retrieval, preparation, filings, and recordings at various jurisdictional levels.
  • Assist clients and team members with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
  • Demonstrate and explain service offerings, processes, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Make well-informed decisions to meet client expectations.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance satisfaction, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Collaborate on training initiatives to ensure mastery of products, procedures, and systems.
  • Challenge existing procedures by suggesting innovative improvements toward increased team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking
  • Knowledge of commercial title/abstracting processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of one year working in customer service, preferably in relevant financial or legal environments
Other Requirements:
  • This position is 100% onsite

  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
