Job summary

Cogency Global is seeking a detail-driven professional with corporate and customer service experience to join our remote, Monday–Friday team. You'll serve as a direct point of contact for law firm clients, handle orders, respond to queries, and guide clients through Cogency's applications.

We value multitasking, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. A bachelor’s degree or related legal/corporate experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in legal or corporate legal services.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with law firm clients directly and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond promptly to client questions via phone and email; provide timely responses within 15 minutes.
• Serve as direct point of contact with clients – process orders and resolve issues.
• Process client orders, including corporate and UCC requests, legalization orders, etc.
• Help clients use Cogency Global’s proprietary applications (training provided).
• Guide clients through working with state and local public offices.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts on order fulfillment.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilites

• Communicating with law firm clients directly and providing excellent customer service.
• Responding promptly to client questions and concerns via phone and email. Provide timely email responses within a 15 minute time frame.
• Serve as a direct point of contact with clients – processing orders, resolving any issues, request for assistance.
• Processing client orders; including corporate and UCC requests, legalization orders, etc.
• Helping clients to use Cogency Global’s proprietary applications (training provided).
• Guiding clients through the process of working with state and local public offices.
• Working with public offices and commercial agents on the client’s behalf. Coordinating with internal and external contacts on order fulfillment.
• Multi-tasking effectively while maintaining superior attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Great written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented.
• Prior corporate knowledge and paralegal experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience with legal or corporate legal services transactions.
• Team player with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Additional Information

Job Type: Remote, M-F Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST Salary Range:$48K – $53K (Depending on industry experience)
