Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

The role leads repair solutions, coordinates with ASC, Environmental Engineers, and internal teams, and drives compliance and operational effectiveness. You will own and troubleshoot fueling systems, manage quotes, run ad-hoc reports, and monitor KPIs while collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining a high standard of customer

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five or more years of fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience.
• One to three years of direct customer relationship-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met using the work order system.
• Provide clear communications updates to customers, databases and stakeholders.
• Establish processes to proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance schedules.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop/implement internal and external SOPs and BMPs.
