Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to lead technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries. You will own complex repairs, manage investigations, and drive compliance with environmental and safety standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills, with remote work options and a focus on delivering reliable solutions and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance industry experience required.
• 1 to 3 years of customer relationship-building experience required.
• In-depth understanding of how to use language/communications to create positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met.
• Provide clear communications/updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Support compliance by identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Review repair quotes and support projects under guidance; run ad-hoc reports and create basic reports.
