Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Fueling Operations Support Manager to provide technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries.

The role leads by example in Ryder Fuel Service operations and manages preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, projects, and environmental compliance. You will interact with a broad range of stakeholders including ASC, Environmental Engineer, internal teams, manufacturers, and customer personnel.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 5+ years of fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance experience required.
• 1–3 years of customer relationship-building experience required.
• Strong communications and ability to tailor messaging for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom customer solutions.
• Manage work orders and prioritize customer service needs.
• Provide clear updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Help ensure compliance schedules and proactively address issues.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support capital projects.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and BMPs for stakeholders.
