Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Fueling Operations Support Manager to deliver technical and customer support for fueling facilities across multiple industries. You will own complex repairs or replacements, coordinate with ASC and engineers, and drive compliance with environmental and safety standards.

You will manage repair quotes, run ad-hoc reports, track KPIs, and lead policy and SOP development to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Remote work may be required as per policy.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field.
• Five (5) years or more fuel system and/or facility maintenance management and/or environmental compliance industry experience required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in direct responsibility for customer relationship-building experience required.
• In-depth understanding of how to use language/communications to create and maintain positive customer experiences advanced required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment, including Excel pivot tables advanced required.
• Fueling systems (UST/AST alarm monitoring, Automatic Tank Gage (ATG), interstitial, Proves, sensors, spill buckets, sumps, Turbine Transfer Pumps (STP), Under Dispenser Containment (UDC), DEF system, dispensers, piping) Downstream fueling systems and other systems as assigned advanced required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot fueling systems to develop custom solutions for customers.
• Ensure work order timelines and priorities are met; utilize work order management system.
• Provide clear communications and updates to customers, databases, and stakeholders.
• Establish processes and tools to proactively prevent Notices of Violation and ensure compliance schedules.
• Review and approve repair quotes; support environmental projects and run ad-hoc reports.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.
• Develop and implement policies/SOPs/BMPs for internal and external stakeholders.
